How much does NIMAA cost?

We work hard to make sure that our program is affordable and accessible for our students. Combining online learning with in-clinic experience helps us keep costs low.

A full description of fees, the payment schedule, and our refund policy is available in our course catalog. If you have questions about fees, please contact us.

Types of Aid

Pell Grants

The Federal Pell Grant Program provides need-based grants to eligible students that do not need to be repaid as long as students complete their courses and make Satisfactory Academic Progress (see NIMAA’s catalog to view the Satisfactory Academic Progress policy). Eligibility is determined by NIMAA’s Finance Office after students have completed the financial aid application process.

Scholarship Opportunities

NIMAA Scholarship through CWDC: A scholarship opportunity made possible by a grant from The Colorado Workforce Development Council is available to all Colorado residents, of any age, who have been economically impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The scholarship can cover up to $4,000 toward tuition and up to $660 toward fees.

    • Process to apply: Once accepted into the NIMAA program, students will receive access to an application.  Students must complete all fields in the application to be considered.  Students will be notified if they are awarded and how much they have been awarded prior to finalizing their financial plan for the program.

Workforce Opportunities

The Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) may have funds available to assist students with tuition and fees. These funds can be used for eligible training programs like NIMAA. NIMAA is on the Eligible Training Provider List in the following states: CO, HI, IL, IN, and MT. If you reside in one of these states, you can apply to see if you are eligible.
